Effective Date: The date of successful payment through the Kajabi checkout page
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of this agreement. This forms a legally binding contract between you and Alex Croxford and does not require a physical signature.

The Coaching
1. Coaching will be provided by Alex Croxford.
2. This coaching package is delivered on a group basis, via Zoom. Sessions are not recorded to protect group confidentiality.
3. The package includes 18 x 90-minute sessions, and 3 x 1:1 90-minute sessions to be used within a 6-month period, with dates confirmed via email following purchase.

Your Commitments
4. You agree to engage fully in the process, including completing any integration exercises or home practices offered between sessions. Your results are directly influenced by your commitment and presence.
5. Please arrive on time, in a private space, and ready to explore something real. This work is deeply personal and requires presence, privacy, and emotional honesty.
6. You agree to attend all scheduled sessions. You may miss up to two sessions over the course of the program. Where possible, please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you can’t attend.
7. You agree to maintain confidentiality about anything shared by other participants. This includes names, personal stories, or any identifying details. You also agree to show up with respect and compassion for others.
Disruptive behaviour or a breach of these values may result in removal from the program, without refund.

My Commitments to You
8. I will hold the space with care, honesty, and presence. I’ll respond to your messages in the group Telegram within 48 hours during working days (Monday–Friday only).
9. Everything shared within sessions remains confidential, except in the rare case of legal obligation or immediate risk of harm. I will never share your personal information without consent.

Coaching Fees
10. The total fee for this coaching package is £4,444.
11. Your payment will be processed according to the option you selected at checkout, either pay-in-full or a payment plan. By completing your purchase, you agree to the full amount and payment schedule associated with your chosen offer.
12. If you are on a payment plan, all instalments must be paid in full and on time. If a payment fails or is missed, you will be contacted to update your payment details. Continued access to the program may be paused or revoked until payments are brought up to date.

Cancellation and Refunds
13. By completing your purchase, you enter into a binding agreement. No signature is required.
14. In line with UK Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. During this time, you may cancel and request a full refund—provided you have not accessed or attended any part of the coaching.
15. If you attend or access a session within the 14-day period, you will be charged proportionally for what has been delivered.
16. After the 14-day period, no refunds will be given if you choose to discontinue or miss sessions.
