1:1 Coaching Agreement

This agreement is between Alex Croxford (the Coach) and the individual purchasing a 1:1 coaching package (the Client) via the checkout page.

The Coach agrees to provide Sex, Love & Relationship Coaching focused on the outcomes, topics, and goals discussed during onboarding.

This agreement forms the basis of the coaching contract between you and Alex Croxford. By completing your purchase at checkout, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set out below.

Definitions

“Coaching Package” means the 1:1 coaching package selected by the Client at checkout, being either:
a) the 6-Month 1:1 Coaching Package, or
b) the 3-Month 1:1 Coaching Package,
as described on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

The Coaching

Coaching will be provided by Alex Croxford.

Coaching will take place on a 1-to-1 basis via Zoom.

The Coaching Package includes the number, length, and frequency of sessions specified for the option selected at checkout.

All sessions must be completed within the applicable timeframe set out below, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6-Month 1:1 Coaching Package
Includes 18 x 90-minute sessions.
Sessions must be completed within 7 calendar months from the date of purchase.

3-Month 1:1 Coaching Package
Includes 9 x 90-minute sessions.
Sessions must be completed within 4 calendar months from the date of purchase.

Any unused sessions remaining after the applicable timeframe will be forfeited.

Your Commitments

You agree to fully engage with the coaching process, including completing any practices or reflections suggested between sessions. Outcomes depend on your level of commitment and participation.

You agree to arrive on time for sessions and to attend from a private, comfortable space where you can be fully present.

By purchasing this Coaching Package, you commit to attending all scheduled sessions. If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be forfeited.

You agree to give as much notice as possible for any extended absences to support completion of all sessions included in your Coaching Package within the agreed timeframe.

My Commitments to You

Once coaching begins, I am available for reasonable support between sessions via Voxer or email. I aim to respond within one business day. I do not work on weekends.

All coaching sessions are confidential. Your information will not be disclosed unless legally required or mutually agreed.

In the rare event that you disclose information indicating a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, I may be required to inform appropriate third parties.

Scope of Practice and Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative, reflective process intended to support personal insight, emotional awareness, sexual wellbeing, and relational growth. It is not a substitute for psychotherapy, counselling, psychiatry, or medical care.

Alex Croxford is not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist, psychiatrist, or medical professional. Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure mental health conditions.

If you are experiencing severe mental health difficulties, including but not limited to acute trauma, suicidal ideation, or psychiatric instability, you are encouraged to seek support from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

You remain fully responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, sexual, and relational wellbeing, and for any decisions, actions, or outcomes arising from the coaching process.

Coaching may involve exploration of emotions, sexuality, relationships, beliefs, and past experiences. This work is undertaken voluntarily and with your informed consent.

Coaching Fees

The total fee for the Coaching Package is determined by the option selected at checkout, being either:
£5,997 for the 6-Month 1:1 Coaching Package, or
£2,999 for the 3-Month 1:1 Coaching Package.

Payment is processed according to the payment option selected at checkout, which may include payment in full or an agreed instalment plan.

The first payment is processed at checkout. Any subsequent payments are billed automatically using the payment method provided.

Cancellation and Refunds

By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of this agreement. This creates a legally binding contract effective from the date of first payment.

Under UK Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund, provided that coaching services have not yet commenced.

If you access any part of the coaching during the cooling-off period, including booking or attending a session or engaging in support, you may be charged for services delivered.

After the cooling-off period has ended, no refunds will be issued for discontinued or unused sessions.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement.

Our Agreement

By completing your purchase at checkout, you agree to be legally bound by the terms of this agreement.
This agreement does not require a physical signature.
