Alex Croxford – Love & Relationship Coaching

1:1 Coaching Agreement

This agreement is between Alex Croxford and the client purchasing this 1:1 coaching package via the Kajabi checkout page, whereby the Coach agrees to provide Love & Relationship Coaching focused on the outcomes, topics, and goals discussed during your onboarding.

This agreement forms the basis of the coaching contract between you and Alex Croxford. By completing your purchase at checkout, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms.

The Coaching
1. Coaching will be provided by Alex Croxford.
2. Coaching will take place on a 1-to-1 basis.
3. The package includes 18 x 90-minute sessions, held via Zoom.
4. All sessions must be completed within 7 calendar months from the date of purchase. Any unused sessions after that time will be forfeited.

Your Commitments
5. You agree to fully engage with the process, including completing any home practices or recommendations between sessions. Your results depend on your level of commitment and participation.
6. Please arrive on time, prepared with something you’d like to explore. Ensure you’re in a private, comfortable space where you can be fully present.
7. By completing this purchase, you commit to attending all scheduled sessions. If you need to reschedule, 48 hours’ notice is required. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the session being forfeited.
8. Please give as much notice as possible for any extended absences to help us complete all 18 sessions within the agreed timeframe.

My Commitments to You
9. Once coaching begins, I am available between sessions via Voxer or email. I aim to respond within one business day. Please note I do not work on weekends.
10. All sessions are confidential. I take your privacy seriously and will not disclose your information unless legally required or mutually agreed upon.
11. In the rare case that you disclose information indicating a serious risk of harm to yourself or others, I am obligated to inform appropriate third parties.

Coaching Fees
12. The total fee for this coaching package is £6,666 (six thousand six hundred and sixty-six pounds).
13. Payment is processed according to the option selected at checkout - either in full or across 6 monthly instalments. The first payment is processed at checkout, and subsequent payments are billed automatically.
14. Payments will be made via the payment method used at checkout.

Cancellation and Refunds
15. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the terms of this agreement. This creates a legally binding contract, effective from the date of payment.
16. Under UK Consumer Protection Law, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, during which you may cancel and receive a full refund, provided no part of the service has been accessed.
17. If you access any part of the coaching (including booking or attending a session, or using any materials) during the cooling-off period, you may be charged for what has been delivered. After the cooling-off period, no refunds will be issued for discontinued or unused sessions.
